Jeff and Dina Lewis
Founders and Healthcare Providers
Lewis Family Healthcare was founded by Jeff and Dina Lewis, healthcare professionals with deep roots in rural medicine and personal connections to Southern Colorado. Jeff brings 15 years of experience in Fire and EMS with the Pueblo Fire Department, specializing in emergency care and rural rescue operations. Dina serves as a board-certified family nurse practitioner with 12 years of experience in family medicine and rural healthcare delivery. Both are graduates of the University of Colorado with additional certifications in rural medicine. As residents of Pueblo County for over two decades, they understand firsthand the healthcare challenges facing our communities and created this practice with a mission to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare where it's needed most.
